Terms of Service

Provider: Samuel Copp DBA Social DFY
Last updated: September 13, 2026

What SocialDFY commits to, what you are responsible for, and the one promise we make.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your purchase and use of SocialDFY subscription services, including Content Essentials, Organic Management, Paid Management and Complete Management, and any one-time add-ons such as Setup & Connection Assistance. By completing checkout you accept these terms. Review these terms and the linked policies before continuing to payment.

2. The promise we make

SocialDFY commits to a transparent process, defined deliverables and responsive collaboration designed to give every partnership the strongest possible foundation.

SocialDFY commits to:

  • the deliverables of the plan you purchased,
  • a structured onboarding and feedback process, and
  • unlimited qualifying revisions within the scope of your plan.

3. What is never promised

SocialDFY makes no promise of any specific number of followers, leads, sales, reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, platform approval, return on ad spend or revenue. Social and advertising platforms control distribution, moderation, account standing and pricing. Those decisions are outside SocialDFY's control and are not part of what you purchase.

Any example, illustration or industry description on this site is labeled as such and is not a prediction of your results.

4. Subscriptions, cadence and renewal

Every plan is sold on one of two recurring cadences: monthly, or recurring every three months. The three-month option is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. It renews automatically at the same price every three months until you cancel it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can view invoices, update your payment method and cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Complete the onboarding form for your plan.
  • Provide brand assets, access and approvals when requested.
  • Grant and maintain the platform access your plan needs, and keep ownership of your own accounts.
  • Respond to approval requests so scheduled work can proceed.
  • Ensure that anything you supply, logos, photography, video, music, claims, offers, is lawful, accurate, and yours to use.

Delays do not pause billing. Client delays, missing access or nonparticipation do not pause billing and do not create automatic refund eligibility. SocialDFY continues to hold the capacity you purchased.

6. Advertising and boost spend

Management fees are separate from media spend. Advertising and boost budgets are billed to you directly by the platform, are authorized by you, and are nonrefundable once spent. See the Advertising & Boost Authorization policy.

7. Scope and revisions

Revisions are unlimited where they are qualifying revisions to work inside the scope of your plan. A request that changes the plan's scope, a new platform, a new content volume, a new campaign type, is an upgrade or a separate engagement rather than a revision. See the Package Scope policy for the boundary.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the brand assets you provide. On payment for the billing period in which work was delivered, you receive the right to use the deliverables produced for you in your own marketing. SocialDFY retains the right to display work publicly only where you have given permission; work is never published as a portfolio example without that permission.

9. Confidentiality

SocialDFY does not publish your private campaign data, account credentials or internal business information. Portfolio and case-study use requires your explicit approval.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Refund eligibility depends on your cadence and how far into the term you are. The Refund & Cancellation policy governs and is incorporated into these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

SocialDFY may suspend or end service for nonpayment, for unlawful or abusive use, or where continuing would breach a platform's rules. Where service ends for these reasons, the refund policy still applies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialDFY's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the billing period in which the claim arose. SocialDFY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity, or for platform decisions such as account suspension, ad disapproval or reach changes.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes apply from your next renewal, and the updated date is shown above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
