What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors to this website, people who submit an enquiry, and clients who purchase a SocialDFY plan.
2. What we collect
When you contact us
- Name, email address, and business name if you provide it.
- Which plan you are interested in and the message you write.
When you purchase
- Billing name, email address, and the subscription details of your plan. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never received or stored by SocialDFY.
- Payment and subscription identifiers used to match your purchase with your service and onboarding.
During onboarding and delivery
- The answers you give in your onboarding form: business details, audience, brand voice, visual direction, comparables, selected channels and any assets you upload.
- Access you grant to your own social or advertising accounts, held at the access level you assign and revocable by you at any time.
Browser preferences
This site stores whether the welcome offer has been shown or dismissed in your browser. This preference stays on your device. External booking, payment and social platforms process information under their own policies.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry.
- To take payment and manage your subscription.
- To produce, publish, manage and report on the work you purchased.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
We do not sell contact enquiries or client account information. See the website analytics section below for details of Microsoft Clarity and your choices.
4. Who processes it
Calendly processes strategy-call bookings. Cloud Campaign supports the client dashboard, connected accounts and content workflow.
- Stripe, payment processing, subscription billing and the customer billing portal (billing.stripe.com).
- Website hosting providers, website delivery and technical operation.
- Jotform, contact and onboarding form responses.
- Google Drive, the asset folder created for your brand.
- Social and advertising platforms, Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and others, where you have granted access, under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Asset folder access
Client asset folders are shared through the onboarding process with authorized participants. Do not post private asset-folder links publicly. Contact us if access needs to be changed.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records, deliverables and billing records are kept for the duration of the engagement and then for as long as tax and legal obligations require. Assets you supplied can be deleted on request once the engagement has ended.
7. Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask for corrections.
- Ask for deletion where we are not required to keep it.
- Revoke platform access from your own account settings at any time.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential email.
Send any of these requests through the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights.
8. Security
Access to client information is limited to the people delivering your work. Payment data stays with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Children
SocialDFY provides services to businesses and does not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes and contact
Updates to this policy are reflected in the date shown above. Questions can be sent through the contact page.

Website chat and AI assistance
When you open website chat, Tawk.to loads to provide chat and AI assistance. It processes your name, email address, optional phone number, messages and technical connection information, and may use cookies or browser storage to maintain your chat session. Frank is an AI assistant. Please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in chat.
Chat records and missed-chat notifications are routed to our support inbox for follow-up and may be reviewed by our team and authorized automated support tools. You can contact support@socialdfy.io instead of using chat, or to ask about your chat information.
Website analytics and your choices
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, clicks and scrolling through heatmaps and session recordings, and to improve this website. Microsoft processes website usage, device and browser information using cookies and similar technologies. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for its processing, including product improvement and advertising uses.
Form content is masked. We do not send your name, email address or chat messages as analytics identifiers. Clarity's regional consent restrictions remain enabled; we do not automatically grant consent. Reporting is limited where its cookie consent requirements are not met.
We do not load Clarity when this browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or when you use the opt-out below. This does not remove previously collected data; contact support@socialdfy.io with privacy questions.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, package interest, scrolling, video interactions and clicks to booking, checkout and contact options. A click is not recorded as a completed sale or booking. We exclude form values and chat content from these events and remove unapproved URL parameters. Google processes technical information under its Privacy Policy.
Advertising storage and personalization are disabled in this installation. Analytics storage is restricted for EEA, UK and Swiss visitors without consent. The browser privacy signals and opt-out below apply to both Google Analytics and Clarity.
This choice applies to this browser and does not affect contact forms, bookings or chat.
