Frequently asked questions
What’s included, what you handle, and how each package works.
Content Essentials
Does SocialDFY publish the content for me?
Yes. Content Essentials includes 10 custom posts per month, custom captions, hashtag research, dashboard review, and scheduling and publishing once you approve. Comment and DM management and boosting are not included.
Who answers comments and DMs?
You do. Community management is not part of Content Essentials, and it is named as an exclusion rather than buried in fine print.
Are boosted posts included?
No. Neither boost management nor boost budget is included at this tier. Boosting begins at Organic Management, and the spend is always paid by you directly to the platform.
What counts as a qualifying revision?
A change inside the approved brand direction and the purchased scope, requested during the active service period. A brand-new strategic direction is a new scope conversation, not a revision.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the content already approved and delivered. Cancelling stops future renewals; the Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the specifics.
Organic Management
Do I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. You approve every post before it publishes. That approval is also what makes a post eligible for boosting.
Who decides which posts get boosted?
SocialDFY selects which eligible approved posts to boost, based on performance, on a biweekly cadence. You authorize the recurring boost budget at onboarding and you pay it directly.
Is boost spend part of the management fee?
No. Boost spend is separate from the $497 management fee, is paid by you, and is nonrefundable once spent. The Advertising and Boost Authorization policy is the governing document.
Does this include advertising management?
No. Biweekly boosting of organic posts is included; full funnel or campaign-based advertising management is not. That is Paid Management, or Complete Management if you want both.
How far does comment and DM management go?
Review and management under standard safety and escalation rules. Anything needing an owner decision, legal, medical or contractual, is escalated to you rather than answered on your behalf.
What is the posting volume?
20 social posts monthly, plus a monthly content outline, published to the supported channels you connected.
Paid Management
Is advertising spend included in the price?
No. The $497 covers campaign management. Media spend is funded by you directly on your own advertising account and is separate from the management fee.
Which platform do I get?
One platform, Meta Advertising or Google Ads, chosen deliberately during discovery. The second platform is an available upgrade, not an assumed inclusion.
Do I need organic posts running as well?
Not for this plan. Paid Management deliberately excludes organic posting, publishing and community management. If you want both systems coordinated, that is Complete Management.
Will you ask for my ad account number at onboarding?
No. Account identifiers are never requested in the strategy form. They are only collected later, in the secure connection phase, and only if technically required.
What about platform approval and results?
Campaign approval is the platform’s decision, and market response is not something any agency can promise. SocialDFY is accountable for the structure, the tracking, the optimization and the reporting.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Access is granted to SocialDFY for management and can be revoked by you at any time.
Complete Management
Is this both advertising platforms?
No. One named platform, Meta Advertising or Google Ads, is included. The second is an available upgrade. That boundary is stated before checkout, not after.
What is the content volume?
20 social posts monthly plus a monthly content outline, the same approved organic scope, published for you.
What do I still have to do?
Approve organic posts, authorize a recurring boost budget, fund campaign media spend, connect your channels, and name one decision-maker for approvals so the system keeps moving.
Does “complete” mean unlimited marketing?
No. It means the approved Organic scope and the approved Paid scope, coordinated and reported as one system. Services outside those two scopes, email, SMS, landing pages, SEO and AEO, CRM, belong in a Strategic Partnership.
How much spend do I need on top?
Boost budget and campaign media spend are both yours to set and pay directly to the platforms. SocialDFY will recommend a workable range during onboarding rather than assume one.
When is a Strategic Partnership the better fit?
When your plan depends on channels this package does not cover, or when the scope needs to change month to month rather than staying fixed.
Billing and cancellation
Plans renew monthly or every three months until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Active monthly periods are nonrefundable. Three-month refund eligibility depends on timing, work begun and nonrecoverable costs.
